Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rozitech's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Services

Rozitech provides Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products and custom software development services to businesses in South Africa. Our services include:

• AutoFlow AI - Workflow automation platform
• BuildEasy - No-code application builder
• TeamSpace - Team collaboration platform
• Custom SaaS development services

3. Subscription and Billing

Services are provided on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Billing occurs monthly unless otherwise specified. All prices are in South African Rands (ZAR) and exclude VAT.

4. Intellectual Property

For custom development services, you retain full ownership of your custom software and intellectual property. For our SaaS products, Rozitech retains ownership while granting you a license to use the services.

5. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with South African privacy laws, including POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act). Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We provide advance notice for scheduled maintenance whenever possible.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' written notice. For custom development, you retain full access to your source code and can migrate your solution elsewhere.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rozitech's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by South African law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Africa.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our platform.
